You consistently put in the work to understand each learner—their strengths, struggles, and unique personalities. Your classroom is a place where students feels seen, valued, and supported. Thank you for being a beacon of kindness and positivity, and for showing our students what it means to be respected and cherished for who they are. You are making a difference every single day!
Adam, thank you so much for being a team player and helping out whenever you see a need. Your care for students is evident in the way you move
Sue Esser- Secretary at Black Hawk middle school: Sue goes above and beyond for students at Black Hawk!! We always look forward to seeing her friendly face at the front desk when we come into the front office. All of the paperwork and attendance questions she helps us with does not go unnoticed. She has a way of making students feel welcomed as soon as they walk in the door always telling them she's excited to see them at school that day. She does much more than her secretary duties, including, helping my student and several others to work through peer conflicts and provide a safe space for them to express themselves freely when they are upset. Thank you Sue!!!!
Much gratitude goes to Cory DeGroff for the recent update to all LED lights at Doyle. The hallways and staircases are much brighter. Thank you Cory! - Tech Services

A HUGE thank you to Patrice for always being a pillar of strength and support! Your ability to truly listen, lead with confidence, and care deeply for our staff and students inspires us every day. You approach every challenge with love and determination, and it’s clear how much you believe in all of us. Thank you for being such a guiding light—we are so lucky to have you!
